The ideas that are coming to you are trustworthy and come as a result of you asking or praying for some thing different. What continuous messages, feelings, urges, or ideas are coming to you? Pay extra attention to any coincidences, they are your signs. If you are feeling stuck, take three deep breaths inhaling and exhaling fully, this brings you back to your present moment awareness and you have just entered sacred space. Ask yourself, “What is my truth?” “What wants to express through me and into the world?”
