Many of us spend our days living from our subconscious mind where we allow our beliefs (sometimes good, sometimes not-so-good) and old stories to run the show and create the reality we see around us. That’s fine if what you see is what you want your life to look like. But if it isn’t, I invite you to bring sacred mantras into your everyday life.
A mantra is a powerful way to focus on what we want to embody, feel, and live. Writing and saying them daily helps to reprogram those thoughts and old ways of being that no longer serve us. Did you know that about 90 percent of our behavior and actions stem from our subconscious? Take a moment to really let that flow through you. Ninety percent of our lives is controlled by beliefs that might not align with who we want to be.
Mantras can be used to shape our thoughts and direct our experiences because they help us to focus on what we desire to create instead of focusing on worst case scenarios or replaying the old stories over and over again. After all, if the world is what you think it is, why not speak it into the most beautiful and fulfilling one possible?
I invite you to chant this mantra several times a day for the next 7 days and feel its energy cascading through every cell in your body.
At the end of the 7 days, feel into how things may have changed: perhaps a change in your perspective on a relationship or work or the sense that your energy has risen to a new frequency.
